Welcome to the official website of the Alpha Chapter of Sigma Omega Upsilon! We are a co-ed international business fraternity open to all majors that focuses on global leadership by balancing the exceptional education offered by the University of South Carolina with further development in professionalism, social conduct, and cultural skills.

A note from our CEO:

Joining Sigma Omega Upsilon has been one of the most impactful decisions of my college experience. Our fraternity is dedicated to equipping its members with valuable professional skills, ranging from excelling in case competitions to preparing for internships, all supported by a global alumni network. Through our ten-week professional development program, we empower students from diverse backgrounds to grow in professional, social, cultural, and philanthropic pillars.

While these professional opportunities are invaluable, the aspect of Sigma Omega Upsilon I cherish most is our shared commitment to fostering connections through collaboration and mutual growth. Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive community where every member feels welcomed, supported, and encouraged to achieve their personal aspirations.
